Terms and Conditions v12my – Platform Usage Guidelines

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the v12my platform — including the website, mobile app, or any related services — you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, including cases where the account is accessed by another party due to your own negligence.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact v12my customer support immediately.
• V12my is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a member's own negligence.

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is permitted. Accepted documents include MyKad, passport, and any additional supporting documents that may be requested by the v12my team.

V12my supports a variety of secure and integrated payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including direct bank transfer (FPX), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, and other online payment methods listed on the platform.

Deposit conditions:
